Need to trim the fender liners and fit the trim pieces, but other than that, it's on. The bumper isn't as wide as it looks in the picture, there's a slight bend that goes around the turn signal. Fitment is spot on.
Better than it looked !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , haha.

Might as well have, haha. It's PB blaster. The aluminum crash bumper was being a pain to take off.

Are you a Texan? Also is your bumper an ARB covered with diamond plate?
Sorry for all the questions, I love your rig.

Not a Texan, although I wish I was. and yeah its an ARB bumper. I put the diamond plate on there for looks and also the powder coating wasn't nearly tough enough for all the scrubs and brush I was running over when offroading. Here's a shot of the rear bumper which I built myself. Thanks for the the compliment and feel free to ask more questions if you have them.

Oh good, cause I have many, haha.
How do you like your roof box, how much use do you get out of it?
Is your ladder attached to your roof rack and bumper, any issues when flexing?
Where did you get those horns?

I'm moving off campus, so maybe he won't see it. Hopefully I'll be more active in the cycling club next year and I'll meet him. Sounds like a boss.

He is, Somehow he finagled his college counselor to give him her husbands old 2003 merlin solis in exchange for unlimited free computer support, He restored it and even talked to the guy that designed the frame to get new stickers for it, re brushed the titanium, and re cleared the carbon fiber

So my roof rack isn't a box, its completely flat on the top. I built it this way because I wanted to easily be able to use it for many things. I primarily use it for purchasing building materials like 4x8 sheets of ply wood or really long pieces of pipe or lumber. I also have two roof pods that I can attach if I'm going on a road trip. I use it ALL THE TIME. By far the most useful day to day mod I've built. Its basically like having a 4'x8' trailer on your roof.
The ladder is indeed attached. There's a pin that drops down and attches the ladder to the rack. I originally didn't design it this way. However, when I built the bumper I didn't use a big/thick enough piece of metal for the swing out arm that the spare is mounted to and I bent it offroading. I keep meaning to fix it properly by building a new stronger swing arm, but I haven't gotten around to it. Also if you are considering a bumper with a swing out arm make sure it is 2 different arms, barn door style. Putting everything on one arm makes a really long piece of metal that needs lots of room to open and can be annoying.
Horns are from are from a place in Waco - http://www.bumsteer.com/

Thanks for answering my questions!
By roof box I meant the pods, whoops. I have a roof rack on the camper shell, haven't used it much yet, but I've attached an awning to it.
I'm considering a barn door swing-out for the rear. I'm concerned about weight though, ironic cause the front is loaded. I want to accommodate a full spare, hi-lift/shovel, rotopax.

Yeah the pods are somewhat useful. I use them maybe once or twice a year. I'd invest in the bumper over the pod.
I don't think you should worry about weight, you have a pickup after all and they are meant to carry a load out back. Plus I'm sure they make add a leaf kits for the tacoma if it is actually a problem.

I'm running OME Dakar leaf springs in the back. I'm only concerned about weight for gas mileage reasons.

Haha I won't comment on what my gas mileage is, but it was atrocious even before I began all the mods.
